Thank you for shopping with In My Jammers! We want you to have the best possible experience when ordering from us. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery times, and related questions for orders placed on inmyjammers.com.

 

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • During high-demand periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may take slightly longer.

 

Pre-Orders

Items purchased as pre-orders are not subject to our standard processing times, as these products are made or fulfilled according to their specific style, print, and estimated ship date.

The expected ship date for each pre-order item is listed on its product page and/or your order confirmation. Please refer to your order details for the most accurate timeline.

While we make every effort to meet the stated ship date, occasional delays may occur due to production or supplier timelines. If your pre-order has not shipped by the expected date and you have not received an update, please reach out to us at info@inmyjammers.com so we can provide the latest status.

Pre-orders that include both in-stock and pre-order items will ship when all items are available, unless otherwise specified at checkout.

 

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and can take longer based on high-volume ordering times. Delivery times and may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier delays beyond our control.

 

3. International Shipping

 

We currently ship to select international countries.

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the shipping cost and may be charged upon delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs or import fees charged by their country.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.

 

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Please note: If you choose not to add Route Package Protection, you accept that In My Jammers is not liable for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

You can purchase order protection through Route for $1.55 USD at checkout and covers lost, stolen, or damaged products. Claims can be made HERE. 

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier or customs

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

If your order is delayed or missing:

  • Contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking information.

  • Then email us at info@inmyjammers.com and we’ll do our best to help locate or replace your order.

For damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.

 

6. Address Changes and Order Cancellations

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at info@inmyjammers.com.

Once your order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Due to high ordering volume, we can not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed.
